Midweek Must-Haves

I haven't been feeling very inspired to blog this week for some reason, so I decided to go through some of my magazine clippings to reboot. Well, it worked. These Beau + Ashe 'Tongela" faux leather booties from Shoedazzle, were more than enough to get my creative juices flowing again. Unfortunately they are completely sold out, but I still had to post them, because they make me happy! Here are two looks for spring that I "must have".

Midweek Must-Haves

I love it when an outfit comes together! Especially when I didn't have to put any effort into doing it myself. I totally stole this look from Nordstrom's spring catalog. The nude/blush colors are huge this season and I am hoping to incorporate them into wardrobe. This passed weekend I scored this Ivanka Trump satchel, so once again, I will be purchasing my midweek must-haves. Don't worry,(because I know you're all losing sleep over it)I already have a similar blazer and shoes, so I will only be purchasing the top and the pants. There will be picture to follow because I am attending a fashion and beauty event the end of this month. and guess what I will be wearing?

The End (of winter)

My winter layering fun is coming to an end(I think). Some of you have noticed that I can't seem to make up my mind about the weather. One day, I'm excited about wearing a big, chunky, cozy sweater and the next, I'm posting bright colors and shouting, bring on spring! This is why I love fashion so much. It's never the same, constantly changing, just like my mind.

I was recently asked to define my style, and I really had to think about it because, believe it or not, I have never been asked that question before. I have style, but not a particular style. It really all depends on the mood I'm in when I get up in the morning. I could be in a preppy denim shirt and sweater look, or fur vest with leather pants mood. Don't get me wrong, I do put some thought into what I'm wearing, in fact, I never stop thinking about it. Is that a bad thing? I am an extremely visual person, so whether it's an outfit or home decor inspiration, I always have my eyes peeled for something unique that I can incorporate into my life somehow.

We all have a style that is very unique to our own personality. How would you define your style?

Midweek Must-Haves

I am completely obsessed with this bicycle sweatshirt! Glam it up a bit with this faux leather skirt from H&M, or pair it with a boyfriend jean and it's a perfect transitional outfit to take you into the spring(if it ever gets here).  On a side note, I'm not sure if e started the midweek must-haves was such a good idea, because I end up buying every look I put together. I guess that's the point right?

The Last Sweater Hurrah!

I think I might be one of the few people in New Jersey that is happy that spring hasn't arrived yet. I scored this fabulous Jean Paul Gaultier mixed media sweater at 2 Anny's Consignment shop in Suffern, N.Y. and haven't taken it off since I purchased it. I really tried to find a similar sweater online to share with you lovelies, but nothing really compared to this one of a kind piece(one of the reasons I love shopping consignment). Bring on the cold! (Ooooops! Did I say that out loud?)
