WORK OUT MODE


I don't know about you, but I am not one to spend hours at the gym, and when it comes to my work out routine, I want the most bang for my buck in the least amount of time. A friend of mine shared an app with me about a year ago, and I am embarrassed to say, I only just started utilizing it 5 weeks ago in hopes that I will be toned for our trip to Hawaii in May. 

The 7 minute workout challenge (7 MWC) is life changing (and body changing)!!! I have been so happy with the results that I canceled my gym membership. You don't need a lot of space or a lot of time, and you can do it anywhere. I do two rounds every morning, and the order of the exercises changes each time you workout. Diet is also a big part of working out so I have cut out all (bad) carbs and sweets and I don't eat anything after 8pm. This work out is excuse proof because everyone has 7 minutes and I know it may not feel like it, but swimsuit season is right around the corner! (Yikes!!)  So get downloading, get your 7 minutes on, and get into the best shape of your life!
